All granite slabs used by Garpa are, following the mechanical surface treatment, finished with a surface impregnation which reduces the ingress of dirt and moisture. When the beading effect wears off, we recommend that you refresh the protective coating. The Garpa Granite Care Set contains the necessary items as well as a basic cleaner for dealing with heavily soiled surfaces.
