Inspired by Bauhaus: the Bolero cantilever chairs are a weatherproof homage to the timeless classics of the past. Tried and tested for years, they enhance outdoor spaces with supple support and pampering comfort.

Confidently at home in every city and garden landscape

The cantilever chair transports the unmistakeable Bauhaus aesthetic outside, directly to the sunny side of the house. Whoever takes a seat here enjoys plenty of legroom and a feeling of floating without losing contact with the ground. With its intrinsically classic design, modern know-how and meticulous craftsmanship, it attains utmost perfection. Everything enhances comfort: the teak wood slats for the seat and backrest are fastidiously designed, the tubular frame, made of brushed stainless steel, resiliently withstands enormous stress.

Form follows function: inspired by the predecessors of the cantilever chair, Marcel Breuer developed an icon of the Bauhaus tradition.

The designer explained that with the use of metal, it was possible for him to project his drafts into contemporary spaces. His chair, made of steel tubing and without back legs, made furniture history. Garpa combines the linear construction with the natural features of teak wood. Each individual slat is three-dimensionally shaped and contoured to the body, which is what makes the cantilever so unexpectedly comfortable. Bolero provides ample space for all at the dinner party, and furthermore, is effortlessly stacked – as space-saving as it is perfect in form.

Airy summer collection

Modern fabric accentuates form and heightens grace: the transparent material, varies the style of the classic model without affecting its intrinsic attributes. The sophisticated details of the stainless steel frame remain unchanged in this version

Extended leisure time

Floating or stretching out – Bolero loungers make relaxing delightfully easy. The only challenge perhaps, is choosing between elegant teak wood and modern fabric.

Sunbathing in contemporary style

The generously sized reclining surface, with its ergonomically shaped teak slats, offers plenty of room. The backrest can be successively lowered right down to a horizontal position. The model with a dimensionally-stable fabric covering possesses all the same comforts. A side table, drawn up closely, extends over the reclining area like a tray.

Lounge Chair
Gliding smoothly into weightlessness

Simply lean back, and the chair moves into a reclining position. The resilient polymer fabric adjusts subtly to the body and is supremely comfortable. As an alternative, ergonomically shaped teak slats are also a promise of gentle well-being.

Private retreat for free spirits

In harmony with its classic forebears, the roomy cantilevers – in a wider and lower version – are an invitation to sink into relaxation. The outdoor lounge is open for wellness.
