Automatic Opening

Calabria provides functional finesse: the large parasol opens and closes by means of a cordless screwdriver included in the delivery. The pole slides upwards when closed so that the parasol can be easily furled and unfurled above the table. The canopy is of impregnated, washable polyacrylic fibre and secured to the end of the ribs by metal fastenings. Its pole and ribs are of anodised aluminium, the finial and sliding mechanism are of turned and varnished hardwood. A wind vent ensures that the parasol does not take off in a sudden gust.
